Our Story

Community Choice HVAC is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Milford, IN, founded in 2025 by husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chelsea Meyer. Built from the ground up with a shared vision, the company was created to bring honesty, transparency, and community-first values back into the HVAC industry. What started as a leap of faith quickly became a mission-driven business dedicated to serving local homeowners and businesses with integrity.

Andrew brings nearly 18 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including leading and developing a full commercial division at a previous company. After a corporate acquisition shifted the direction of that business, Andrew and Chelsea saw an opportunity to do things differently—launching their own company focused on people over profits. From day one, they have worked tirelessly to build a company rooted in trust, quality workmanship, and genuine care for every customer they serve.

The name “Community Choice” reflects exactly what they stand for. This is a business that chooses its community first—actively supporting local schools, sports teams, and organizations, and even donating time and labor to community projects like their local food bank. Their involvement goes beyond HVAC; it’s about making a real difference where they live and work.
